All new bookings and other platform features remain fully operational. WORKAROUND: To avoid disruptions, please generate and manually paste your meeting link directly into the calendar event after a booking is rescheduled. This maintenance will require complete system downtime for approximately 45 minutes. 11/18/2025 14:57:00OperationalISSUE RESOLVED: The Cloudflare issue that prevented bookings from being made when CAPTCHA was enabled, and caused images on Booking Calendars to load incorrectly, has now been resolved. 11/18/2025 13:30:00Partial service disruptionISSUE DETECTED: One of our service providers, Cloudflare, is currently facing an issue. This is preventing Booking Calendar images from loading and, when the CAPTCHA is enabled, bookings from being made. To allow for bookings to made, we recommend temporarily disabling the CAPTCHA until the issue is resolved. You can access this setting here: https://app.oncehub.com/security/captcha. Please note that this can only be done by an Administrator User. We will post further updates as they are available.
