6 months, 2 weeks ago 1_Operational ISSUE RESOLVED: we have resolved the issue that was negatively impacting the following features: O365 calendar 2-way sync, bookings placed on the chat bot, and ChatOnce webhooks. These features will now operate as expected.
6 months, 2 weeks ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE DETECTED: we have detected an issue with one of our services that may prevent customers from booking when the option is offered through a chat bot. Additionally, some ChatOnce webhooks will not fire at this time. We are investigating this with the highest priority and will post updates here.

1 year, 4 months ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE UPDATE: We have discovered that the intermittent issue with loading OnceHub accounts and scheduling pages is due to our upstream hosting provider, Microsoft Azure. We are currently working with Microsoft support to resolve this issue, and we will continue to post any updates here.

This is not impacting any bookings made directly on a Booking page. We are investigating this behavior and will post any updates here.
