This is affecting all types of Chatbots and forms and embedding new chatbots/forms also may not work at this time. We are investigating this with the highest priority and will post updates here.

10 months ago 1_Operational ISSUE RESOLVED: we have resolved the issue that was negatively impacting the following features: O365 calendar 2-way sync, bookings placed on the chat bot, and ChatOnce webhooks. These features will now operate as expected.
10 months ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE DETECTED: we have detected an issue with one of our services that may prevent customers from booking when the option is offered through a chat bot. Additionally, some ChatOnce webhooks will not fire at this time. We are investigating this with the highest priority and will post updates here.

1 year, 7 months ago 1_Operational ISSUE RESOLVED: We can see that ChatOnce Users are no longer being redirected to a 404 error page and this issue is resolved. We believe this behavior was a result of a service disruption with one of our image hosting services and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

We are currently working with Microsoft support to resolve this issue, and we will continue to post any updates here.
