2 years, 10 months ago 1_Operational ISSUE RESOLVED: our developers were able to resolve the issue causing password reset emails and account creation verification emails to be sent on a delay. These emails should now be sent when requested, but not all previously requested emails will send. If you have been waiting on an email, we recommend re-requesting it. The password reset email can be requested at https://account.oncehub.com/password-reset. The account creation verification email can be triggered to be resent by trying to log in here: https://account.oncehub.com/signin
2 years, 10 months ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE UPDATE: Our development team has determined that the issue causing a delay in password reset emails being sent out is also causing a delay in account creation verification emails being sent. We are continuing to investigate with the highest priority and will provide further updates as they become available.
