4 years ago | ISSUE DETECTED: At around 4:35pm EDT we detected an issue where OnceHub email notifications were being sent out after a delay. This issue is currently causing a delay of 1-6 minutes. We have investigated and found the cause to be an issue with our outbound email service provider, Amazon Web Services. They are working to resolve this issue with the highest priority and progress can be followed here: https://status.aws.amazon.com/. We will continue to monitor the situation and will post further updates here as necessary. |
